Credit Suisse legacy lawsuit is resolved by UBS and a Swiss finance blog.

A lawsuit that Credit Suisse had first filed against the well-known finance blog located in Zurich, Inside Paradeplatz, has been resolved, according to the news outlet on Tuesday.

Inside Paradeplatz consented to remove or edit three posts’ worth of user comments as part of the settlement. The rest of the claims were withdrawn.

A representative for UBS stated that the dispute between the Swiss bank and blog had been resolved.

Regarding user comments made under posts, Credit Suisse filed a lawsuit against the site, which is well-read in Swiss financial circles, in December.

UBS has settled a second Credit Suisse issue since acquiring its former rival and taking on its legal disputes.

Last month, British and American regulators ordered UBS to pay $388 million in restitution for Credit Suisse’s interactions with private investment firm Archegos Capital Management.
